XingHe is the only plastic bag manufacturer in Singapore to make biodegradable plastic bags out of plastic waste. We take in plastic waste, reducing the amount of waste going into landfills, and treat the waste, turning it into plastic resin, ready for a new lease of life. 

Our process starts from the community. We start by collecting end of life plastic waste from all over Singapore. This helps lessen the amount of waste going onto landfills.

Next, we wash and clean the plastic waste, and sort them into different categories of plastic. The plastic is then shredded, baled, and made into plastic resin.  

Using the recycled plastic resin, we then add in a chemical that makes plastic bags oxo-biodegradable. Lastly, the biodegradable plastic bags are made, and ready for wholesale.
